Return Process
To initiate a return:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Martzuvo (where applicable).

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Replacement Policy
